AromaTouch Essential Oil blend
Apply 3 to 5 drops from the sacrum to the base of the skull and distribute evenly with a light touch over length of spine.
Alternate palm slides from the spine to sides working from sacrum to the base of the skull. Perform 3 times on one side, then repeat 3 times on the other side.
Tissue pull from sacrum to the top of the head.
· With hands together one either side of the spine (zone 1) start at the sacrum and pull up to the top of the head.
· For zones 2,3,4,and 5: repeat motions of zone 1 adding a swing out over the shoulders before returning to the base
of the skull and continuing to the top of the head.
